For the past 23 years I have had to privilege of speaking to all different types of organizations from churches, to small businesses, to large organizations.  I love the opportunity to connect with audiences and inspire them to reach for and realize their full potential.

  • How to be a REAL Success:  

    • Description: Success is something that most leaders seek but struggle to define clearly. How to be a REAL Success explores the three components of a truly successful life -- knowing their purpose, growing to their full potential, and sowing seeds to benefit others. Through this talk, leaders will walk away with a rock-solid understanding of a true life of significance. 

    • Length: 45-60 minutes

  • Emotionally Intelligent People: 

    • Description: We are all emotional people, and managing our emotions productively is the key to building effective relationships and truly influencing others. Through this talk, leaders will identify (and learn tools to eliminate) their emotional blindspots that limit their ability to build effective relationships. We will explore the four components of emotional intelligence -- self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social management. 

    • Length: 2-3 hours (seminar format)

  • Eliminating Procrastination: 

    • Description: In a world of information overload, many leaders struggle with being overwhelmed, missing deadlines, and stress management. This seminar will help leaders better understand the nature of procrastination and the science behind why we procrastinate. It will also provide leaders with practical strategies for overcoming this challenge.  

    • Length: 2-3 hours (seminar format)

  • DiSC: Your Personal People Decoder: 

    • Description: The most successful leaders can build effective relationships in the marketplace. However, many leaders struggle with understanding the many different personalities on teams in organizations. Through this talk, leaders will discover the four core personality styles of the DiSC personality theory, come to understand their unique style, and gain tools to identify the styles of others and relate to them more effectively. 

    • Length: 45-60 minutes

  • Who Are You When No One is Looking: 

    • Description: Without integrity, trust is impossible in an organization. Through this talk, leaders will discover the pitfalls that make leaders susceptible to an integrity crisis. Leaders will also gain an understanding of how to lay a foundation for living a life of good character, ethics, and trustworthiness.

  • How to Tell Fear Where to Get Off: 

    • Description: What has fear stopped you from achieving? This talk will challenge and inspire leaders to examine their level of fear and how it’s affecting their vision for achieving more. It is full of practical applications to begin letting go of fear and start living into your full potential.

  • How to Listen in a Way That Makes People Feel Heard:  

    • Description: One of the most prominent challenges organizations face is the inability to create a culture of listening and genuine understanding. This causes unnecessary conflict, siloes, turf wars, and back-channel politics that break down trust, slow organizations, and limits their success. Through this talk, leaders will discover how to unleash the power of empathy and the skills to put it into action during conversations in a way that helps people feel felt and restores trust.

  • How to Be Positive in a Not So Positive World: 

    • Description: It’s easy to get stuck in negativity due to the pressure and stress of leadership, walking through a challenging season, or even just watching the news. Through this talk, leaders will understand what influences their attitude, the power their attitude has over their life, and gain practical tools to upgrade their mindset and improve their attitude. 

    • Length: 45-60 minutes

  • Change Your Habits, Change Your Life: 

    • Description: The phrase, “We are creatures of habit,” is real. The challenge is many leaders struggle with habits that hold them back from experiencing the health, happiness, and success they seek. Through this talk, leaders will discover why we are creatures of routine, what makes habits so powerful, and how they can re-engineer their habits to build healthier routines that lead to the success they seek.

    • Length: 45-60 minutes

  • The Art of Work-Life Balance: 

    • Description: Finding the balance between work and home is becoming increasingly challenging in an ever-changing, technology-driven culture. Sometimes this balance can even seem impossible. However, through this talk, leaders will understand practical steps that they can begin taking to reduce stress, prioritize, and realize the benefits of living a more balanced life.
