Why Leaders Should Also Be Listeners

If you are a leader, would you also define yourself as a listener?

If not, why not?

Leaders are listeners.

A leader who fails to listen is a leader who fails to understand.

Karl Menninger once said, “Listening is a magnetic and strange thing, a creative force.  The friends who listen to us are the ones we move toward. When we are listened to, it creates us, makes us unfold and expand.”

Did you know that listening has profound effects on both the listener and a hearer? Simply learning to listen will be a game-changer in your leadership.

This short video below will highlight the importance of giving people the space to be heard.
