How to avoid the pain caused by a mismanaged ego

Recently I wrote to you about a new initiative I'm starting.  I will be reading through a practical leadership book and giving you the "Cliffs Notes" or "Bill's Notes" version of what I'm learning.

I'm doing this for three specific reasons that I'll share in the video below.

However, over all of these reasons is my desire to add value to you and see you grow into your full potential -- and one of the greatest hindrances to one's success is ego.

In fact, through coaching countless leaders, I've come to understand that healthily managing one's ego is the difference between success and failure.

How well do you manage your ego?

Are you looking for some practical advice in keeping your ego in check?

If so, consider joining me in this book study.  For more details, check out the attached video -- and be on the lookout for my take on the first part of Ryan Holiday's "Ego Is The Enemy."
