Do you have ANTs? (...and why they're harmful)

It’s the season for spring cleaning.

As one long season passes and another is about to begin, this is the perfect time to reevaluate and get rid of the dirt, grime, and buildup that often goes unnoticed over time.

Just as our houses need a good spring cleaning, so do our minds.

Mental clutter and negative thoughts can build up over time -- and without intentionality, they can become destructive forces that drive depression, stoke anxiety, and fuel negativity.

Dr. Daniel Amen has a term he uses for this type of negative mental chatter. He calls them ANTs -- or Automatic Negative Thoughts.

If you’re curious about how ANTs may be affecting your life -- and want to discover how to get rid of your ANTs, check out my latest vlog post below.
