The effort is enough.

Integrity is a funny thing -- it's long earned and easily lost

Breaches of integrity can trainwreck lives, families, and organizations.

Yet every day, you and I will choose to keep our integrity or not through the choices we make.

Maintaining integrity is even more difficult when you feel underappreciated, underpaid, or undermined by another.

This week's Level Up Your Legacy Podcast discusses the importance of personal integrity (and the struggle with keeping it) as we walk through the book Ego Is the Enemy.

This week we're discussing the chapter called "The Effort Is Enough" and answering the following questions:

  1. What can keep you grounded when others seek to undermine you?

  2. What causes an "expectation hangover," and what will keep you from experiencing it?

  3. Why does personal integrity matter?

We'd love for you to take 30 minutes and listen to this dynamic conversation about foundational reasons for doing the right thing -- even when no one is watching.
